Margret koordiniert sämtliche Projekte und begleitet die vielen Familien, die teilnehmen möchten. Ein Teil ihres Gehalts muss über Spenden finanziert werden.
ca. 1800€ benötigt
Um Lebensmittel sicher zu lagern und gesunde Mahlzeiten zu ermöglichen, wird ein zuverlässiger Kühlschrank benötigt – gerade bei den tansanischen Temperaturen unverzichtbar.
ca. 400€ benötigt
Für die Eltern der Kinder sollen Nähmöglichkeiten entstehen, um eigenes Einkommen zu erzielen. Dafür braucht es eine Nähmaschine (ca. 200 €) und Grundmaterialien wie Garne, Nadeln und Stoffe (ca. 300 €).
ca. 500€ benötigt
Auf dem Grundstück entsteht ein kleiner Nutzgarten für Obst und Gemüse. Dafür braucht es Werkzeuge, Erde, Setzlinge und einfache Sitzmöglichkeiten für den Außenbereich.
ca. 600€ benötigt
Für kleine handgemachte Produkte wie Schmuck oder Kunstgegenstände, die vor Ort verkauft werden sollen, werden Materialkosten benötigt: Perlen, Knöpfe, Draht, Garn, Stoffe usw.
ca. 250€ benötigt
Um jedes Kind bestmöglich zu unterstützen, finden regelmäßige Besuche und Coachings bei den Familien zu Hause statt (z. B. zu Erziehung, Hygiene, Pubertät oder Konfliktlösung).

The somabag-project
Thanks to the wonderful efforts of the students at FLSH Gaibach, we were able to provide solar bags for children in Ndoto Zetu—so they can study at home even without electricity.
The Volkacher Weltladen now even has a small selection of these backpacks available for 49,95€Anyone who buys one directly supports Asante Watoto e.V. (2/3 of the proceeds) and other social projects run by the Weltladen (1/3).
